These hand made sun compasses are based on extensive research of the original sun compasses created by Colonel Ralph Bagnold and used in North Africa during World War II by the LRDG, SAS and PPE. These are fully functional and are used by PPE crews on our desert expeditions. These are only made in small batches and only available from us.
Units delivered in a sturdy wooden box and include two stamen (upright pin). Shipping calculated based on customer location.
